Step 2: Submit your Reserve the Date Form with a $39.99 USD / $49.99 CAD deposit. You will receive this form once Step 1 is complete. This amount may then go towards the overall booking fee.

Fine Print

Registration Form. Once Step 2 is complete, you will receive the Registration Form. This organizes performers, repertoire, book requests as well as fees. Once complete, the Lead Organizing Teacher will submit the form.

Fees. Payment is required in full prior to shipping books. The Lead Organizing Teacher collects payments from students and/or other teachers and makes one payment.

Shipping. Books are shipped to one address, the Lead Organizing Teacher’s, unless otherwise arranged. Teachers pay shipping – it’s the only cost to the participating teachers. It is recommended that you use funds from your studio registration fees to cover the shipping. If you do, there will be no cost to the teachers.

Sick day policy: If Rebekah is unwell, we’ll reschedule. If a student or teacher is unwell, a recording of the event will be made available.

Cancellation policy: The $39.99 USD / $49.99 CAD “Reserve the Date” fee is refundable until 60 days prior to the scheduled date. After the 60 day mark, this fee is non-refundable.

If the event is cancelled after the book package has been sent: As there is a substantial value to the free music provided with the workshop, it is Rebekah Maxner’s preference to reschedule rather than to cancel. If there is no option but to cancel, a refund will be issued with a reserve non-refundable administration fee of $117.99 USD / $149.99 CAD. It is recommended that teachers divide this fee evenly amongst the students. The books need not be returned, as they will be signed and cannot be resold.
